3. Name of the Register
The user and analytics register of the Neurodiversity Arts Festival of Oulu website.
4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data (including cookies) is processed for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: Remembering the site language selection and ensuring technical functionality.
- Service development: Statistics on website visitor numbers and behavior (Google Analytics).
5. Data Content of the Register
The following information may be stored regarding the use of the site:
- IP address (anonymized in analytics).
- Technical data regarding the browser and device.
- Information on the selected language (Finnish/English).
- Visit duration, viewed pages, and traffic source.

Data is collected automatically when the user visits the website.

We use cookies on the site to improve user experience. Cookies are divided into two groups:
A) Necessary Cookies (Functional)

- pll_language (Polylang): Stores the user’s selected language so that the site remains in the correct language when the user moves from one page to another. Retention period: 1 year.
B) Analytics Cookies (Statistics)

- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_XXXX): Collects information on how users use the site. The data is used to compile reports and improve the site. IP addresses are processed in an unrecognizable format.

Pohjois-Suomen Autismikirjo ry does not disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Google (Google Analytics 4) as our analytics partner. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA area (e.g., in the United States) in compliance with data protection regulation requirements (Data Privacy Framework).
9. Protection of the Register
Data is transferred over a secure SSL connection. Access to analytics data is restricted to those association officials whose duties include website maintenance.
10. Rights of the Data Subject
The user has the right to inspect the data stored about them, demand the correction or deletion of data, and withdraw their consent for the use of cookies. Requests must be addressed to the contact person mentioned in section 2.
